Who we are

Our website address is: https://www.temple-lodge.org.uk.

Cookies

We use cookies on our website. Please see our Cookie Policy for more information.

Query Data

We collect your name, email address, and phone number in our contact form to be able to answer your queries. This query data is sent to a designated email account used solely for this purpose. This collected data is only used to satisfy a specific query and is deleted once fulfilled.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

You can read more about which services may exhibit this behaviour in our Cookie Policy and where practicable you are able to explicitly enable or disable such functionality via the cookie consent pop-up and feature enablement messages (such as on YouTube videos embedded within the site).

Who we share your data with

With your consent we use Google Analytics to analyse our website audience and enhance the user experience. Personally identifiable information is not collected or shared as part of this analysis and is explicitly forbidden by Google in their terms of use. Collected data may be transferred outside the UK to jurisdictions with different regulatory requirements.

How long we retain your data

The data submitted as part of a query is retained for a period sufficient to serve that query. Once resolved the data relating to that query will be deleted. A query is deemed to be resolved after one month since the last received response to an email query or once confirmation has been received following confirmation of a follow-up call from the assigned responder to a particular query.

Anonymised usage data collected through Google Analytics is stored indefinitely to serve as a record of website performance.

What rights you have over your data

If you have submitted a query via the contact form you can request to receive a list of communications currently held about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
